Kurt Werth papers, 1926-1974.

Collection comprises primarily illustrations and art work by Kurt Werth for more than 50 children's books, 1954-1974. Collection also includes correspondence with authors and artists, such as Rosalys Hall and Clare Newberry; manuscripts of children's books by Werth and others; copies of 186 books illustrated by Werth; and personal photographs of the Werth family taken in Europe.
